If you have no draft assessments or want to start from scratch

If you have just started using SEE impacts and you have an empty workflow, we suggest you begin by creating your very first assessment using our add impact assessment guide.

To do so, navigate to the unit folder from your account dashboard by clicking one of the colored folder icons in the unit panel below the charts at the top of the dashboard.

Once in the unit folder, a guide will appear (or you can trigger the unit folder guide from the getting started checklist in the lower right corner of the screen or from the help center located on the right side of the screen). In the first step of the appearing guide, select to explore how to make impact assessments and follow the steps to initiate a new impact assessment from the left-side menu pane.

Once loaded, the assessment guide will take you through each step to understand how to make an impact assessment and what it should contain according to international minimum standards.

Follow the guide to the end and save your assessment as a draft to work on later. Once saved, you will be taken to the unit folder where your draft will be visible.

If your account came with pre-made draft assessments

If your account came with pre-made draft impact assessments to work on, you may also go through the guide using one of these. Just open one by clicking on 'edit draft' in the rows of the unit folder, and the guide will trigger, or you can initiate it from the getting started checklist or from the help center.
