Templates are available with the Corporate and/or Relationships add-ons. Account admins can enable these in account management.
Once you have created your first impact assessment, whether covering one single or every bottom line area, you can use it to generate a template. Tick the checkbox next to it (or all) in the left side column in the unit folder, then click the actions button above. The actions dialogue will then open. Scroll to the template section and select a template to add the assessment(s) to if you have already made one. Or check Create New Template and type the desired name of your new template. Click confirm, and SEE impacts will generate a template for you which includes all the selected assessments. To find your template, navigate to the dashboard, click 'Templates' in the left-side menu, and select the bottom line for which you made the template.
Inside the template management section, there are three sections from top to bottom: Filter and search to find anything you're looking for inside your templates, A Template Overview showing you all your template collections and the number of individual impact templates they each hold, and finally a collapsed view of each template collection which can be expanded to see and edit each individual impact assessment template in the collection.
You can edit each of these individual impact assessment templates, and mark them as final if desired to make it easy to see which ones are ready to be shared with other units. Edit as appropriate until you have made a template collection suitable to work on in the unit you intend to share it with.
Note that the templates do not include all fields, such as follow-up date and more, which are fields which must be filled in once they are shared with a specific unit. Once shared, these fields will be present in the drafts generated in the unit folder to which the template collection is shared.
You can duplicate any assessment in the template collection section above to make several different versions. Check the template to copy, click the action button above, and give the new duplicated template a desired name. If you check more than one template collection and duplicate them to create a new one, these template collections will be combined into one new collection.
You may have and use unlimited templates in SEE impacts.
