In your tabular assessment folders, such as the unit folders and corporate and RBR report views, indicator icons are on the right side of each assessment row. These indicators quickly let you know of any attention needed and the assessment status. Here's how to understand them:
The icon legend

In the header bar of the unit folder, you can hover each icon to read what it means. Each color represents a status, and the icon indicates the type of attention needed.
The yellow color is used for drafts, where the writing icon means it's an open draft open to all users, whilst the lock icon means a private draft open only to the user currently working on it (see the user tag).
The blue icon means that the assessment is waiting for or in the process of being reviewed. While waiting for review, it remains open to the submitter for any final changes, but once a reviewer has started working on it, it will be locked and accessible only to users with reviewer rights.
The red bell icon indicates that the assessment is overdue for its follow-up date. Note that the countdown number on the far right will also turn red and count the number of days overdue.
The green badge icon indicates a finalized and current assessment which will be included in any reporting.
The grey box icon indicates an archived version of an assessment. As you follow up on your assessments, previous versions will be archived and be part of the version history of each assessment - you can scroll back and forth through an assessment's version history by clicking the previous or follow-up reference numbers listed in the tracing details of the assessment.
A red flag indicates that the identified impact is considered severe. This only applies to the social bottom line since only significant impacts need to be identified on the environmental and economic bottom lines.
Lastly, the red and green circled checkmarks indicate if actions and resources are described in the assessment of identified impacts. See the related article about the actions report to learn how to keep track of actions. Once marked completed in the actions report, the indicator will turn green. If no further resources are assigned to any planned actions, it is green from the moment the assessment is finalized. Before this, it is greyed out since no actions have been committed to as final.
The progress indicator
Also in the header bar, you will see the progress indicator, pictured below. Hover over the percentage number to read the progress status, and hover over the colored bar to see the status distribution of the total number.

To achieve a complete (and compliant) impact assessment, you must assess against all areas for each bottom line. The percentage number counts each area assessed against but disregards any multiple assessments against the same area if you have more than one impact on an area. This way, you know that all areas have been assessed when you reach one hundred.
The bar below shows the distribution of the status of the assessments covered by the percentage number. They should all be green (final) for the assessment to be complete.
The indicators for each assessment
Below is an example of how your unit folder may display the indicators for each assessment.

The information column shows the status of the assessment, i.e. draft, final, or other status. A notification bubble indicates if and how many tasks remain for the assessment.
The actions indicator shows red or green circled checkmarks, indicating if there are actions and resources described and whether or not these have been marked completed.
Lastly, the outer right column counts the number of days until the next follow-up. Green numbers are within the assessment period and red numbers indicate how many days they are overdue for follow-up.
Naturally, this only applies to final assessments, and thus a grey N/A is shown for non-final ones.
